What does “fixed pricing” mean?
With ClassMata, the price is tied to the plan the school picks, not to the number of enrolled students. A school with 200 students and a school with 2,000 students pay the same amount for the same plan. Each extra enrolment costs nothing more, and the software budget for the year is known in advance.

Deployment: online, on-site or both
Every plan can be used through the online web portal. A school can also install ClassMata on its own computers and synchronize its data with the online portal whenever a connection is available. The free trial runs on the demo application with nothing to install. See synchronization in the manual.

Does ClassMata charge per student?
No. Pricing is fixed per plan and per year: a school with 200 students and a school with 2,000 students pay the same price for the same plan.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Premium?
Basic covers student records, timetable, attendance, report cards and the mobile app. Pro adds fees and billing plus HR and payroll. Premium adds library, transport, infirmary, canteen, extracurricular activities, assets management, student/parent–teacher communication, and free installation and training.
Can I try ClassMata before buying?
Yes. The demo application is available for free at demo.classmata.com, with nothing to install.
Which options are not included in the plans?
SMS/email and the school website are add-ons, available when you order. Student/parent–teacher communication is an add-on for Basic and Pro and included in Premium.
Are installation and training included?
They are free with the Premium plan. Basic and Pro plans do not include installation and training fees.
Can I run ClassMata on my own premises without a permanent internet connection?
Yes. ClassMata can be deployed online, locally on site, or both with synchronization, on any plan.
